My almost Confession

I just finished taking my shower and got dressed in my cozy Minnie Mouse pajamas. I heard a knock at the door. I walked over to it and opened it. it was carter.
"What do you want?" I said and raised an eyebrow.
"Well your brother wants you to come downstairs." he said and looked at his hands.
"Someone's nervous about something!!" I squealed. before he could say something I dragged him into my room and plopped him on the couch.
"I know you like a girl. tell me who it is?! I might know her!" I jumped up and down on the couch.
"I don't have a crush." he said and looked away.
"Yeah you do!!" I squeaked.
"Fine I guess.. I do." he said.
"Who is she?! What's her name?!"
"I can't tell you her name."
"Why?" I asked sadly.
"Because you know her. a lot."
"Oh can you explain her?" I asked with a little hope.
"Ok. she's I don't know.. she's wonderful. she's a great swimmer she's smart she's beautiful everything about her is perfect."
"She sounds nice." I said and got up. I skipped down stairs.
"You wanted to see me?! I asked my brother.
"Just to say that you need to go out to dinner with carter." he said while chopping onions.
"Why just me and him?!" I said frowning.
"Because. you need to spend quality time with each other." he said focused on the onions.
"Quality who now?"
"Quality TIME and you two are always bickering."
"FINE!! When is the dinner." I asked in a monotone.
"Tonight. in an hour." he said putting the onions on the stove.
Instead of putting up a fight, I just went upstairs and got ready.
"ARE YOU READY NIKKI!!" I heard Carter's husky voice yell. that voice I never got tired of. wait I didn't say that. I went downstairs to see...
