REALITY sets in

Everything was perfect the night before. The kids fell asleep on the car ride and Ciante was even accepting on Antoine keeping the kids while she worked early that morning.

For once she was in the Christmas spirit and couldn't wait to get off work to spend time with her Kids. She kept replaying last night in her mind, seeing her little ones' faces so happy as they played with Antoine's friends.

Antoine took them back to their place where they fell asleep on a forte the kids built out of huge pillows in front of the fireplace.

It's like Antoine had everything planned out because he gave the kids custom made NWA pajamas to sleep in.

Ciante and Antoine fell asleep on the sectional couch, where she rested in his arms comfortably and didn't have a care in the world.

It was time for Ciante to get off work and she hurriedly clocked out after collecting her tips and telling her co-workers merry Christmas before exiting the shop and standing face to face with Antoine.

He stood there with a Blue hoodie on with a pair of black Levi 504 Jeans and a pair of Timberlands with a Black LA Raiders cap.  An icy wristwatch was secured around his wrist as he reached out to Ciante.

"Sup girl" Antoine greeted as he wrapped his arms around Ciante's waist.

"Hey Antoine" she grinned as she pecked his lips twice before hugging him back. " I hope the gremlins weren't too much trouble"

"Nah, they were coo. We went to eat at IHOP this morning then walked around the mall on sunset"

"You took them up near Hollywood?" Ciante questioned as Antoine opened her door.

"Yeah, they said they never been up there so I took them to see Santa Claus and they took pictures and ate some funnel cakes and all that kid stuff"

The kids smiled as they watched their mother get in the car. They began talking all at one time as they were so excited to see their mother.

"Ma we had fun with Mr. Antoine Yella today!" Kunari expressed excitedly from the backseat.

"Stop calling him that Nari" Cashmere rolled his eyes. "Its Mr. Antoine"

"That's what I said" Kunari retorted, turning her nose up.

"Alright now" Ciante voice boomed, causing the two to simmer down. " I'm glad ya'll had fun but its time to go back home"

"Awww man!" Cashmere groaned as he slumped down further. "Why?"

"Because I'm sure Antoine got other stuff to do. He may want to rest and I need you guys to go to bed when you get home"

"Cause Santa coming?" Cee-Cee asked.

"That's right," Antoine said before pulling off from the curb.

The 5 of them began to just engage in conversation before stopping at a nearby Fat Burger and ordering food. Moments later Antoine pulled up to Ciante's complex and parking to help her with the bags.

Ciante carried cee-cee in her arms while Kunari and Cashmere jetted up the metal staircase to their humble home while Antoine carried bags from the mall for her.

Ciante was all smiles until she saw the bright Orange note hanging on her door with the word "EVICTED" in bold, black letters and her things sitting on the outside of the door.

"No....No no no no no" Ciante panicked as she put Cee-Cee down and began to fumble with her keys.

She placed the keys in the door, jiggling the knob to find out the landlord changed the locks on her.
