For me, little space is JUST a coping mechanism. It's how I deal with stress, anger, depression, and anxiety.
In NO WAY is it sexual or a kink in any way! Please do your research! Little Space/Age Regression is not a kink!
Age regression personally helps me a lot. I deal with a lot being a teenager and all. It is a place I can be carefree and little without having a worry in the world. :3
I am 14 years old, in highschool. I'm turning 15 in a couple months. Age regressing at 14 is not a bad thing! A 14 year old regressing to the age of 4 or 5 is okay! <3
Age regression is when you "slip" into an age younger than you. I tend to slip to the age of 4-5 years old. That age is the head space you are in called "Little Space." People can also be in "Baby Space" and/or "Middle Space" as well. It is all up to you and what makes you comfortable.
Some "Littles" can have a caregiver (cg). HOWEVER, you do NOT need a cg to be a Little. I, myself, do not have a cg. I take care of my self using a point tracker. I will share it with you in the next chapter. :3
What is a caregiver?
A caregiver (cg) is a person who kinda just takes care of you. But you do not need a caregiver to be a little, as mentioned before. Caregivers are most commonly referred to as Mommy or Daddy. Caregivers are normally around your big age.
I don't have a caregiver so I won't really explain much more about them.
