I was eating at Pop's and thinking about yesterday. I was thinking about, Veronica's angel voice, our stares and what would happen if I had kissed her. Wait-did I just said that? No...I..
She was sooo attractive! But as Cheryl walked in and gave me a quick kiss on my cheeck, the thoughts flew away. "Morning Torombolo!" said she as we exited Pop's and went to school. And when we arrived, I saw Kevin talking with Veronica. She was dressed so simple, but she was still gorgeous. I walked towards them and said good morning. I felt butterflies in my stomach and my cheecks were burning, everytime Veronica was near me. None of my friends noticed that though and I'm lucky about that... I-I don't know what's wrong with me. I tried to tell Kevin plenty of times, but I couldn't do it. I mean what, hey Kev I like your sister. It's not that simple.. That moment I decided to tell Cheryl and I know that it isn't the best idea, but I did talked to her. I foung her at the launch time and pulled her into an empty classroom.

"Jughead! What are you doing?"
said Cheryl a bit panicked, but I shut her mouth by placing a finger on her lips.

"Shhh! Be quite Chers. I wanted to talk to you..."

"What is it Jug?"

"I-I don't know... it's Veronica."

I manged to say and Cheryl gave me a confused look. I wasn't so sure if I wanted to tell her about my feelings for Veronica, but then I thought that, she was my bestfriend since everything and I really trusted her.

"Chers I think that uhhh like her!"

Cheryl was shocked. But after a few seconds, a huge smile appeared on her face and hugged me tight. After she pulled away, she placed both of ger hands on my face and kissed my forhead.

"I knew it, Jones! I knew that you like Veronica, you guys are made for each other!"

Cheryl got very excited and happy, but then I realised that she shouldn't tell anyone about this. "Don't tell her!" said I and Cheryl looked at me with a serious and confused face.

"What do you mean Jones?"

"You can't tell her, Chers. What if she doesn't like me back? This is gonna destroy our friendship and that's the last thing I wanna do. Pleaseeee?"

I gave her a puppy dog eyes look and she answered; "Fine. I respect that, BUT I, the brilliant Cheryl, will help you to get her!"

After saying that, the bell rang so we walked away. Today it was the day that, I realised I like Veronica! And I always will like her...
