STUDENTS AT HOGWARTS share a general knowledge, an unwritten rule not to do Eliyra Goldsmith dirty - though not because she herself will ever do anything to harm you, but all of her friends would . . . and Eliyra has a boatload of friends! Like, more than you could comprehend if she decided to gather them all into one big crowd. It really doesn't matter which house you were in - because even Slytherins - Eliyra can make friends with. Friendly is her middle name, her crazy birth right given talent. There aren't many who've found themselves in trouble for crossing Eliyra before - essentially, due to the almost nonexistent number of people who actually make the effort to be a shitty person in her midst. People aren't really compelled to be mean to her . . . she's, for lack of better words: pretty darn likeable.

Draco Malfoy had made himself out to be an enemy after the previous day's events. The Slytherin anticipated receiving some sort of scorning after what he'd put Eliyra through; but if he could just talk to her and resolve this altercation . . . perhaps he could avoid it.

Her long lashes dust her immaculate cheekbones as she glances up from her textbook to meet the eyes of the one person she's been dreading to see all day.

"Listen," he begins speaking the moment he arrives at the library table Eliyra and her housemates are studying at. Eleven and a half (counting Melinda, the girl with a glass eye) sets of eyes snap to observe the intrusive figure, many scowls following soon after. "Could we talk for a-"

Luna looks over at the boy with a sympathetic smile. "I'm sorry to inform, Eliyra isn't in at the moment. Leave a message at the beep!"

"I - "

"Beeeeeeeeep." Luna sings.

His brows furrow. "Look - "
