ok so i know my chapters are like REALLY short but im sorry. i am having trouble trying to extend my chapters and im working on it. so stop complaining about it and i will fix it damnit. some people.
besides every time i type then my fingers cramp up and i just HAV to crack my knuckles. and when i do then my mom is just like "STOP CRACKING YOUR KNUCKLES OR I WILL RIP THEM OFF THAT GETS SO ANNOYING!"
you can really feel the love in my family.
ANYWAY! ONWARD TO CHAPTER 5!

“PERI!!! HURRY YOUR ASS UP!!” Leo yelled to me while we were sitting in our dorm.
“DAMNIT LEO YOU CAN’T RUSH PERFECTION!!” I replied as I came downstairs in a long sleeved shirt and ripped jeans.
“You call that perfection?” Avery asked me after she appeared in acid wash jeans and a meme t-shirt and her purse slung eagerly across her.
“HURTFUL! Ghosts have feelings too, you know…” I snapped and exited our dorm.
“So, who’s driving?” Avery asked as she shut the behind us.
“Leo is.” I replied instantly. Well none of us were the BEST drivers… but Leo was the most responsible.
“Fine I’ll drive.” Leo laughed as she got into the driver’s seat of her sky-blue convertible and buckled her seatbelt across her blue lace top.
“Oh there is actually a better mall RIGHT outside of town!” I offered and regretted almost immediately. They both looked at me in stunned silence. After a long period of silence I simply pointed my fingers like guns and pretended to shoot them while winking at them.
See no one ever leaves this town. There are no other towns that accept people like us, like the paranormal beings. But Avery, Leo, and I look like we can fit in. We look human enough for those stupid mortals. Avery was the first to break our uncomfortable silence.
“Uhh Peri… Do you not the fact that we don’t exist to them?” Avery asked quietly from the back seat. “No offense to your idea…”
“Yeah Peri. If they found out about us then we could blow our whole town’s cover!” Leo replied to me, siding with Avery.
“Guys! Come on! It’s an adventure! Besides, we look human enough to blend in!” I countered as I played with Leo’s radio.
“Yeah Peri, cause two extremely pale teenagers with maroon and white hair and another teenager with blue hair is TOTALLY blending in.” Leo replied sarcastically as she started pulling out of the parking lot.
“You’re right Leo! That does blend in! I agree with Peri! Let’s leave this town!” Avery yelled enthusiastically.
“See? Avery likes my idea!” I smirked deviously at Leo and continued to play with her radio and finally settled on a station playing “Girl On Fire” by Alicia Keys
“GRR! Fine we can go. But if you guys mess up or get arrested, I will NOT bail you guys out.” Leo laughed as she made the roof of her car go down.
“I’m fine with that deal!” Avery laughed as we passed the sign that read “You are now leaving Strangetown”

“Okay. Here goes. Is everyone ready?” Leo asked nervously as she parked the car in the parking lot of the Chess Town mall.
“I’m ready as shit.” Avery said once she put on her sunglasses.
“I’m ready too…” I said hesitantly as I unbuckled.
“Ok, we’re going in.” Leo whispered as she climbed out of the car. I followed suit and helped Avery out of the car.
The mall was huge. Scratch that. This mall was a miniature city.
“Dayum this mall is huge.” Avery said under her breath as we walked inside.
“You don’t say?” I asked sarcastically as Leo led us to the directory
“Actually, I do say..” Avery started.
“Okay, so the dress shop is here… and we are here…” Leo continued, ignoring Avery and I’s conversation.
“AND THE ICE CREAM PLACE IS HERE!!!” Avery said, pointing to a bright green block on the directory. “CAN WE GO?! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE?!?!?!” Avery poked Leo’s arm with every “Please”.
“ALRIGHT FINE! We will go to the ice cream place AFTER we get our dresses.” Leo said as she swatted Avery’s hand away.
“YAY!!!” Avery and I cried in unison as a few mall walkers glanced in our direction.
“Keep it down, girlies!” Leo laughed as the three of us started towards the dress shop.

OKAY! So I am so sorry my wattpaders that I didn’t update in forever and a day cause I’ve been busy with drama and friends and….. teeheehee ice skating (with a REALLY cute guy I might add).
