Like Me Better - A Jaehyun FF

As we walk in the door to the bookstore, smiling and laughing while telling jokes and stories, Mrs Jung walks in from the back room and stops when she sees Jaehyun. I smile and look between the two as he walks over to his Mom, crashing her into a hug, “I missed you Mom”.
She smiles and hugs her son back, tears starting to form in her eyes, before she hits his shoulder, “Why didn’t you tell us you were visiting,”. He runs his fingers through his hair and laughs, “I wanted to surprise you, besides…” he looked back to me and smiled, “Y/n was a great tour guide,”. Hearing that, I instantly look down at my feet and blush, feeling Mrs Jung give us the look and chuckle a bit, "Well I'm glad you bumped into each other, Y/n has been my best customer since we opened, I was planning to fly her out to Korea to meet you but now you can take her to Korea yourself.". Jaehyun laughed nervously and glanced over at me, "I think Y/n would much rather go to Paris to see paintings than go to Korea with me". I chuckle a bit, looking up but not meeting either of their gaze, "Well uh...going to Paris would be fun, but Korea is also on the list..". Jaehyun nods and then picks up his bags, "Soooo I need a place to stay? Because I was not able to get a hotel". Mrs Jung jumps up and nods, taking some of his bags and hands them to me, "You can stay in the back room! Y/n will show you". I slowly nod as she gives me another one of those looks, walking back to her stacks of books that need to be put away.
