It's the tool in daily life of our modern society
It's the word which bulwark us against poverty
And it's the path for us to be free in slavery
Literacy keeps us in a process of learning
You can say if someone is kidding
And reading can make you out of the world
Because there's knowledge in every word
Literacy is a road to human progress
Prevents us from being careless
Can make you out of the mess
And will never make you feel helpless
We've been learned about literature
And it somehow gives us pleasure
Because it certifies that we're sure
Though sometimes we're in pressure
Try to be someone that stock in the library
So you'll know the real meaning of literacy
