it scares me - terrifies me, to love someone so completely and not have them love you back. it's not like being scared of spiders or small spaces or the dark. it's like laying in water, only realising then that you could almost certainly drown. it's like falling through the sky and remembering your steady footsteps walking along the ground. it's like losing your damn mind and wishing you mean enough to finally be found. it's like screaming at the top of your lungs, hoping someone knows that survival has a sound.
