False accusations

Saihara's POV
I was just ready for my date with my black tuxedo and black dress shoes. "Perfect" I told myself as I headed out. The walk to the spot was nice, as expected. Until I saw Kokichi, lying there. Looking pretty... dead. "I know what to do..." he mumbled as he got out his notebook. Over the course of days, he grew depressed. After all, he had just lost the one he loved, it he thought he did.
Over the course of the week, he grew more depressed. It was finaly time to get rid of the body. He picked it up until he realized something... this wasn't a body. "Hey Monkuma... this isn't a body. Kokichi isn't dead!" He said with relief, and actual happiness for the first time in a while. "Oh kiddo, don't kid yourself. Your just hallucinating, why don't I take care of it?" He told me getting me away and burning the doll. "WHAT ARE YOU DOING? YOU JUST GOT RID OF THE ONLY EVIDENCE THAT KOKICHI IS ALIVE!" I yelled angrily as Monkuma laughed. "Just get some sleep kid, you will need it for the trial later" he said as I started going back home. "This can't be happening..."

At the trial~
I was going down. Everyone was saying I was the one that killed him, when he was faking his death. I know, I felt the doll. Until I thought of something... "I did it" a person with long hair said. I couldn't make out his eye colour, but I could tell he liked bugs. "No you didn't, he faked his death, for the last time!" I yelled, because nobody deserved to die for something they didn't do. "Yes I did, he was getting ready for a pick nick and I killed him" he said trying to seem guilty, and it worked for everyone else, except me of course. "No, you didn't do it. Saihara was the first to notice him so he is the one that did it" pigtail girl said with her normal attitude. "Who even are you?" I asked because she always tried to get people executed. "I'm Junko Enoshima, nice to meet ya" she said trying to get a nice voice and failing miserably. Everyone else started to agree, except for mystery man. "Shuichi Saihara, I hope your ready for execution!" Was the last thing I heard before everything went black
