Chapter one: Heaven Is Ruthless

"Chirp chirp," "Hey wait up !" a boy can be seen riding on a bycicle, infront of him a bird just landed and it immediately fly again after being aware of the boy.

"Woah !, I almost kill it, fortunately it fly again" seems like luck is not by his side, as after he said that he stumble on a rock and his bycycle fell along with him.

His head collide with the asphalt and his vision suddenly go black. He woke up and can smell something unfamiliar, he can also hear shouting here and there.

He open his eyes, he see something that no 13 years old boy should seen, a person head is being pierced by a spear.

"Gurgle gurgle" *drop, that man dropped to the ground.

Cold sweat appear, he can tell this is real that man expression is being filled with despair and terror.

The killer of that man noticed the boy who suddenly appeared out of nowhere.

"Speak who are you !, eh it's just a boy" that man say as he let down his guard, their surrounding is not completely empty there are still people fighting but strangely they seem to clear this area out.

"Retreat !" a sound echoed in this battlefield, the killer seem to recognised the owner of that sound.
"Come with me" he say, giving the boy no time to respond as he lift the boy up and run with all his might toward the south.

More people appear as they run with toward the south, they have smile on their faces, the boy don't understand why.

More and more people joined in, there are so many of them that even casial headcount will be more than a thousand, they wore the same armor, it goes by the color of black.

After ten minutes they stop and make line orderly, with the killer and the boy at the front row.
A man, he seemed to be the general of this army, he hold this strong and dominering aura, it's even manifesting as wind that flutter his long hair, that man open his mouth.

"From two thousand soldier only sixteen hundreds come back, but don't worry their death will be worth it after we take down Jin Kingdom, full scale war will begin two month from now on, before that time I'll have you to train and not stop until you're faint, DO YOU HEAR ME !" his aura swept through those soldier in the field.

They immediately shout "YES SIR !" the killer seems excited, he lift the boy with one hand and formed a fist with the other.

They dispersed but not with the killer and the general.

"Long Bao, who is that ?" the general asked, his tall feature shadowed over the killer called Long Bao, but Long Bao seem to hold the same quality the general hold, albeit weaker.

"He is a boy I found in the battlefield General Lin Xin" Long Bao after putting down the boy and saluted toward Lin Xin.

Lin Xin nod, "what's your name boy ?" the boy heard it, he understand that he is on a different place, but still he dan understand what they are saying, they are speaking chinese.

"My name is Sha Jian, Sha for kill and Jian for sword" Lin Xin frown, this kind of name is strange.

"What kind of parent will give this kind of name to a child ?" Long Bao asked, he's curious about it.

"No one, I name myself" Lin Xin frown, but after that he nod and seem to decided on something he look at Long Bao and Long Bao nod, both of them smile.

"Then kid, do you to be stronger ?, This world is a ruthless world, a world where the strong trample over the weak, you must have realized that too after all so let me ask you again, do you want to be stronger ?" Lin Xin voice is natural and carried innate persuasion in it.
