If Vader Lived....

A Desperate Attempt

Luke was now frantically grabbing for the ship controls after laying his father down in the seat beside him. Luke's headed for Endor, although it's inhabitants were primitive, there were still Imperial Outposts in the area in which might have the tools in which Luke needed to nurse his father back to health. Luke also planned on making his father a new respirator, due to the fact that Emperor Palpatine had damaged Vader's suit with his infamous Force Lightning.
Luke had arrived at the closest Imperial Outpost and carried his father over his soldier as he headed inside.... Luke activated his Lightsaber because he knew there could possibly be Stormtroopers in the area. Luke was looking for a Bacta tank he knew it probably wasn't enough but, he was confident with the help of the force he could heal his father.

"Hey, Stop right the-" exclaimed a Stormtrooper

"I am not your enemy" Luke calmly said

Luke tried using the mind trick his mentor Ben Kenobi used on the stormtroopers on Tatooine.

"You are not my enemy"

"Take me to your nearest Bacta tank" Luke had demanded

The stormtrooper nodded and started marching to the nearest Medical Bay. On the way there Luke and his Companion had ran into other imperial forces but, they didn't seem to care due to the fact that a stormtrooper was escorting them and they had heard news that The emperor and the Death Star had fallen so they didn't seem to enforce imperial law.
Once they had reached the Medical bay
Luke told the stormtrooper to...

"Wait outside"

The stormtrooper once again nodded and stood outside the blast doors. Luke had proceeded to make his way into the room.
Immediately a 2-1B surgical droid helped Luke remove Vader's suit and helped him into the Bacta tank.

Even if Vader had Miraculously healed from The Bacta tank, his lungs were to charred to work properly without a respirator, so Luke decided to try and fix his Father's respirator.
Luke was quite a skilled mechanic and had repaired many droids, gizmos, and gadgets in his early years spent on Tatooine. Luke had used blaster parts, droid parts, and unimportant parts of the ship he used to get to Endor, to create a new respirator for his father.
Luke put his hand on the Bacta tank....

"Father I can't lose you" Luke said trying to communicate with his father through the force.

Miraculously he heard Breathing. It was Rapid and Raspy, although there was a respirator in the bacta tank it wasn't as effective as his own.

As he was inspecting the Tank's respirator, he saw his father's brown eyes staring right back at him.
