"But do you gotta go to Chi-conga?" Peter asked Tony as he sat at the table waiting for breakfast.

"It's 'Chicago,' buddy and yes, I do. But, I will be back before bedtime tonight. And, did I mention Aunty Nat is watching you while I'm gone? You're going to have fun." Tony promised as he set a toaster waffle in front of his son.

"Yeah but it's more fun when you're with us!" He whined.

"I know, I'm lots of fun. I play games and build the best blanket forts." Tony boasted with a smile.

"Well, not as good as Uncle Thor's, but still good." Pete grinned as he took a bite of waffle, Tony feigning offense.

"So when is Aunty Nat coming over?" Peter asked, pushing the plate away from him.

"Soon, finish eating that waffle."

"But I'm full!"

"You can't be full, you ate one piece of pizza for dinner last night and you only took two bites out of that waffle. You have to eat half of it before you can leave the table."

"I'm here!" Nat announced as she entered the house.

Tony got up to greet her and Peter took his chance to run to his room.

"What's up with him? I don't even get a Peter hug when I come in anymore?" Nat asked Tony.

The man sighed and shook his head. "He won't eat and I told him he couldn't leave the table until he ate half of his breakfast. And then he ran."

"Makes sense." Nat chuckled.

"I'll go get him, hang tight."

Tony returned a moment later carrying Peter, who had the Iron Man mask on and his arms crossed tight.

"Hey kiddo." Nat laughed as Tony plopped the kid down in his chair at the table.

"Alright, I'm gonna head out, Happy is waiting in the car and blowing up my phone to hurry up. Pete, I love you, I'll see you later." He said, planting a kiss on top of the Iron Man mask. "You have any questions before I go?"

"Oh no, I'm good. There will be a brief time today that I have a mission to go on, but I'm confident it'll only take a few hours."

"What?!"

"Bye Tony." Nat said, pushing him out the door.

After breakfast, Nat and Peter played 'Save The World' for a few hours. Around 11:30, she decided it was time for lunch.

"Alright Petey, PB&J sandwich or Dino nuggets?" Nat asked as she rummaged through the kitchen.

"Dino nuggets but I want lots of ketchup with them. And, chocolate. And also, Oreos. And cake. And brownies. And candy, lots of candy." Peter grinned.

"Someone's got a sweet tooth today, huh? Well, if you eat all the Dino nuggets on your plate, and grapes, strawberries, AND a gogurt, then I'll give you some Oreos. Do we have a deal?"

"Oh yes." He smiled proudly, sitting at the table. "I made a deal just like my daddy makes bidness deals! We're just so much alike."

"Oh, yes you are." Nat chuckled as she prepared the boy's lunch.

Natasha sat beside peter as he ate, listening as he chattered on and on about the Avengers and his dad and his Uncle Happy and Toy Story 4.

"...and Forky is my third favorite, right after Mr. Potato Head, and Buzz Lightyear."

"Oh yeah? What about the Avengers? Who is your favorite Avenger?" Nat asked, just seeing who he would say that day; every time he was asked, Pete's answer changed.
