A 3-year-old boy was jolted awake crying by the sound of breaking glass. The young boys mum walks into the bedroom before joining him on the bed trying to console him, but it wasnt working, and he continued to cry.
A couple of minutes pass before a loud bang is heard and the mothers hand quickly flies to the boys mouth to supposedly stop him from screaming.
When the mother is sure that her son is not going to scream anymore, she climbs off the bed and crouches in front of him before saying Ill be right back, okay? You stay right here and dont make a sound then walking back out the boys bedroom door, shutting it behind her.
The boy didnt wait long to disobey the order and followed his mum out the door.
He stopped walking when he reached the top of the stairs, just as another bang sounded and the mothers body dropped to the floor in the line of sight of the boy.
The boy screamed before turning tails and running back to his room while the intruder shoots after him. The young boy stumbles as pain shoots through his lower back and abdomen, as a bullet makes it mark, tearing straight through his flesh. The resilient boy doesnt stop running though, not until he gets back to his room, slamming the door behind him and hiding under his bed where the tears start and dont stop until he passes out due to blood loss.
