I don't know how many people already asked me this question and I always have no idea how often I answered this question to people and I really can't hear it anymore but, how did you decided to become a Au pair and why America? And to be honest, I don't even know anymore why the states and why Au pair but I think once in 10th grade when I was 16 years old I just decided it. When I was sitting in class, i don't know Math or English but i thought to myself one day I will live abroad in a different country and just see how it goes. So I finished high school, went to a academy to become a kindergarten teacher and saved a lot of money because damn is that expensive to move somewhere else. And one and a half years ago, I packed my stuff, quit my job, what by the way was shocking for some of my coworkers because I left earlier then they thought, better said my boss was not happy and went to the airport. I knew from some other Au pairs that they cried when they left. My dad and my mom where sad, my sister didn't care. What else ahahah and I was just ready to leave Germany and start a new live. I didn't even knew what will happen and what shit show my live will became. Over dramatic I know but some parts are really a shit show. Just wait till I come to those parts.
First stop was New York, what surprise, surprise I hated. New York City is getting 4/10 from me. I was there for 5 days sitting in a hotel and listing to people who told me how to wash a kid, how to feed a baby and it was soooo boring. And I met some people and that they are still people out there who are fake, damn I didn't know I would meet them so fast. I wasn't even in the states for 24 hours
