Finn didn't know what to do

He was put in a dilemma he didn't know what the best choice was

Sadie was his childhood friend and he was trying his best to make things better between them

But iris was his girlfriend

He couldn't just let her down right?

«yea get in. I'll call Sadie and tell her I can't go out with her today»

Iris got into the house and made herself comfortable in the sofa

Finn dialed Sadie's number

She picked up

"Wolfhard! Where are you I've been waiting for so long! As I didn't see you I went to the cinema and bought two tickets for a movie already. Are you on your way?"

Finn sighed "I can't come Sadie sorry I gotta spend time with iris"

Sadie hung up the phone there was no need for her r to argue

She obviously realized now that iris would always be his first choice

That she was more important

She sat down and ate the popcorn pot she had

"Excuse me? I couldn't help but hear your conversation... I'm jay! I got ditched by my best friend too... so would you like to watch the movie together"

Sadie looked at the boy

He really was attractive

And seemed really nice

"Sure lets go *smiles* by the way my name's Sadie, Sadie Sink"

"Jay park"

They went in and watched the movie

After they got out they kept talking about how amazing it was they both loved it a lot

"Hey do you wanna grab lunch or something??" Sadie asked

Jay smiled at her "I was going to ask that actually *chuckles* of course let's go!"

They got into a near by restaurant and ordered some food

Lunch went pretty well

Jay and Sadie actually got along and learned to know each other

Jay just moved in town

He was actually going to be at the same school as Sadie so It was act a good coincidence

He was a grade older than her

She told him about Millie and Noah and her told her about Jack Grazer his best friend

Jay didn't ask Sadie who ditched her

She didn't seem like she wanted to talk about it

So he just avoided it.
