There are days like to day when I feel sad.
Everyone has those days don't they?
It feels like the world is going to end. Except it doesn't. It just keeps going and going and going.
Its spinning at 100 miles per hour now. But then I remember. I can slow it down by breathing. Thinking. Stopping for a minute to look at the bigger picture. The grander scheme of things.
I am starting to realise now that things are good, when they are taken care of, handled gently and listened to. So I start to listen to myself.
