Chapter 2

Chapter 2:

Cynthia’s POV:

I was backstage with the guys were they were doing some warm ups. I was looking at each of them. I never actually heard of the band before David tried out to join them. I looked at the guy with the snapback on. He was warming up while practicing some dance moves. Then I looked at the guy with a Latin vibe and saw him practicing his dance moves. He looked very concentrated on what he was doing. I went and look at the tall and skinny guy who was practicing voice warm ups with David. It looks like they were having fun while practicing. Lastly, I saw at the Asian kid and see that he was eating while humming the songs. Ummm okay? I’m not really sure how you can practice while eating but everyone has their tricks I guess. I couldn’t help but smile. It seems that these guys really enjoy what they do. It’s exciting to see that you have people that you can share your dreams with. In that moment, a woman came into the room. I’m going to guess their manager?

“Hey guys, so we are starting with Latch/Stay with me cover and then we will do the introductions to David and..” she looked at me. “Who’s this?”

David walked to her and said “She’s a friend of mine who came to visit from Chicago, do you mind that she is here?” he said with a worried voice.

“No it’s okay” she smiled at me. “I’m Jill, their manager”

“Hi, I’m Cynthia” I said shaking her hand.

“Well guys as I was saying you introduce David and…” They continue talking about who the concert was going to go on I was starting to hear girl scream. I couldn’t help but laugh. David walked towards me.

“Hey lets go, you will be waiting with me while their sing the first song” I just nodded and walk with him. The guys went on stage and the screams where louder. The guys started singing and I have to admit they sing pretty well. I felt David shaking. I grabbed his hand and he looked at me.

“Everything will be okay Spidey” I smiled. “They will love you so don’t be nervous about it okay” He smiled back and gave me a hug.

On stage:

“Hey 5ers are you ready to meet our new member?” Dana said. They just scream back.

“So here is the person who will be a part of our 5amily and we hope you like him because he is amazing!” Cole said.

“Welcome our new member David Scarzone!” Gabe yelled. The fans started screaming as David came on stage.

“What’s up 5ers! Are you ready for some music?!” David said while smiling and grabbing some 5er’s hands. Girls screamed.

“And just so you know David right here, its single!” Will mentioned as everyone screamed louder.  They started singing and the concert went on. David was enjoying everything as well as the guys. They all missed their 5ers and been on stage. The concert was over and they head backstage.

Backstage:

David’s POV:

“That was so freaking amazing! All the screams, the sing along, just their enthusiasm, and..” I got interrupted.

“And the girls man!” Dana said with a smirk on his face. We all laugh.

“Yes and the girls” I said still laughing. Cynthia walked towards us and I ran towards her. I hugged her and lifted her in my arms. She just burst out laughing.

“I did it! I did it!” I keep saying to her as I put her down. She gave me a big smile.

“Well duh! You are The Amazing David remember?” She says “I told you they will like you! Oh and guys, really amazing show! You guys sing incredible!” she says looking at the guys.
