"When I grow up...." He says
"I'll be able to reach the branches that you need to climb to the top of the tallest tree."
But when he's grown up, did he even try?
"When I grow up...." She said
"I'll be able to have the courage to fight the monsters under the bed like every grown up."
But soon, too soon she realized that the monster is now afraid of her.
They grew up. Not being afraid; because they don't see the monsters.
Not reaching for the top; because they think they see the world from above
But can they reach, can they see?
Will they teach others to try?
