Seven-year-old (Y/N)-chan POV

Strong wind blows through your hair as the rain keeps on getting worse. You, holding you baby brother, Gon as your father put you on the island.

"D-Dada!" You screamed, tears in your eyes as you watch your father leave you. A ginger haired woman, whose name you assumed to be Mito stopped you from falling in the ocean.

You were left there on Whale Island, the place your father was born and grew up in, with a fishing rod, a stuffed bunny and your two-year-old little brother, Gon.

The ginger haired woman hugged you deeply trying to comfort you but it wasn't enough. You escaped from her hug and ran, bringing Gon and the two items with you. You didn't care where you would go as long as its a good place to cry.

Soon enough you reached a forest. You were starting to get tired so sat underneath a big tree.

You just sat there, crying and crying and crying, and you couldn't stop.

The rain started to calm down but you and your brother were still soaking wet. Your brother not sheding a single tear for what just happened. You weren't suprised, you two are both strong.

After a good 10 minutes of crying, Gon fell asleep. You hugged him. You hugged so hard it was hard for him to breathe. He started sqealing and moving around.

"O-ne-e-san, y-your-r squishi-ing me-e"

Those were his first words and the word you can never forget. You cried, again, you may have cried even more than earlier.

"G-on, promise m-me t-to nev-er leave you-r One-san, o-kay?"

Narator's POV

(Y/N) and Gon have been abandoned by their father, Ging, on Whale Island the place where he grew up in. What will happen in their later future?
