DARIN'S POV

Darin couldn't believe it. His plan had worked. He would be reunited with Claire at long last. But first he needed to get rid of that pesky Tyler. Darin refused to let him stand in the way. Getting Claire to agree to meet with him had been tricky, but successful. Now the really hard part. Disposing of Tyler. Darin stroked his chin thoughtfully, pondering his many methods of murder. Just a few sounded utterly delightful.

-Shoot him

-Stab him

-Burn him alive

-Poison

He was stuck between the fire idea and the Poison. Burning him alive seemed far too extreme. He really didn't want to cause Tyler any pain. A quick, peaceful death would suffice. After all, the only thing Tyler was guilty of was corrupting innocent Claire and getting her pregnant. He hadn't even proposed to her first! Sex before marriage disgusted Darin to the core. Then again, Claire was at fault as well. It takes two to tango. He hopped on his computer and checked his VPN, making sure his network was secure. His fingers quickly tapped away, researching painless deaths. This just added to his work though. He'd need to dispose of this computer immediately. A few minutes later, Darin decided on a method. He erased his web history, and completely wiped the laptop clean. He then closed it, picked it up and made his way to the basement. He looked around for a garbage bag and placed the computer inside. Walking towards a back room, he quickly found was he was looking for. A hammer. Darin raised the hammer and brought it down on the computer, over and over, smashing it to pieces. He then took the bag upstairs and tossed it in the fire place. He added some fire wood and lighter fluid. The flames rose quickly and he sat back in his recliner, warming himself. A nightmarish grin plastered on his face.
