The thing about love with Oceana was complicated.
She at first didn't know what it was. Her family had never shown it to her. She never knew how it felt to be praised, to get hugged or receive a smile. Love to her was being pushed away, only to get back to get scolded. Luckily, she understood that what she was given, was not love.
She never knew someone who made her feel special, until she met him. He gave her constant butterflies and rosy cheeks. He brought the permanent smile she had when he was around. It's a long story that happened fast for the both of them. Both falling in love at the sight of each other. Both didn't know what to do at first because they didn't know what was happening.
Instantly there was a connection. A deep one. Anna trusted him immensely as she got to know him. Their bond was there, from the start. Neither thought it was weird. It was only new ground.
Yes, it happened fast. But that didn't make them slow down. Because there was something about him, that made Anna not want to let go. It, no he made her feel safe, comforted and loved. And it's a funny to think it all started by her looking through the window.
