Crust
1 cup of light buckwheat flour
1/3 cup of gluten free flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/4 cup of warm water
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of melted butter (optional)
Toppings:
1 cup of Sugar free marinara sauce of your choice
1 cup of shredded Goat cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of cooked ground turkey (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
2. Combine your flours, baking powder, salt, and water in a bowl, and knead it into a dough.
3. Spread the butter onto the dough with a baking brush.
4. Spread your marinara sauce, ground turkey, and cheese onto the dough.
5. Put your pizza into the oven and bake for 10-13 minutes.
6. After your pizza has baked, allow it to cool, then slice it up and enjoy!
I have been making this pizza for a few weeks now and really enjoy it.
You can also use goat gouda cheese which is what I alternate with when I don't have cheddar.
