Hello everyone! Lillian here~

So welcome to another story. I've been working on this story for a while now. It's my favorite story so far and I can't wait to share it with you all! I've put a lot of thought and time into this story. It started out as a fanfiction roleplay that I had posted on reddit. It followed the movie "An Awfully Big Adventure" casting Alan Rickman. But the more my partner and I wrote, the more the story separated from the movie. Soon it became our own story with little inspirations from the movie.

I am not so good at describing a character's physical appearance. This may be cheating for a writer but I'd like this page to be an introduction/character reference page. I will be updating this page a lot when a chapter that has a new character is added. So stay tuned my sunflowers. I want to say thank you to my writing partner Jay 💕 It takes two to tango love~♡

Anastasia Adelay

Anastasia is a humble and down to earth girl. She grew up on the muckier side of London and had no room to screw up. For a while, she was alone at 10 years old wandering the streets and acting like everything was okay. Then she got older and found a home under a guest house where she worked to stay. Life for her was hard growing up but she always kept her smile on and always made her worries less atrocious than they really were. Now that she is older, that trait carried with her. Our young girl is a little quirky and she has her flaws, but she tends to see past that. Mostly because she is always looking out for others and making sure others are comfortable before she is.  Anastasia is very generous and can be top forgiving at times. Not naive, but more optimistic than most. She is really stubborn and very independent as well as intelligent. Her magic talent is bringing the best out of people who have no intentions of doing it themselves and showing people what love should be like.

Alistair Grey

Alistair was drafted into the war when he was 25 years old. He had just begun his acting career in London and was on his way to the big shots when he was called in. Without anticipation, he went in and served for 5 years. After his leave, he resided in the states for an additional 10 years as punishment for what he had caused in Liverpool a few days prior to his drafting. At 40, Alistair grew tired of the frivolous night life. He wanted to settle down and breath and relax, he wanted to enjoy the rest of his life with someone. That wasn't a problem, with his looks, he could have anyone. But he didnt want anyone. The older gentleman wanted someone who matched his mind, his heart and his future. He wanted someone who was soft and sweet. Someone who could light up his world when she came through the door. Women were a dime a dozen. They were gorgeous but he wanted someone who couldnt be bought with jewelry and dresses, someone who was down to earth and very kind and compassionate. Someone like him.

Charlotte Warren "The Rabbit"

Charlotte is Alistair's long time freind. And she was one of his many lovers. Charlotte is one of the many female antagonists in this story. She is very jealous and conniving. To her extreme, she is manipulative and very cunning. On her good days, Lottie is a sweet talking woman with her mind on the money. Although she wasn't the same years prior to WW1. Alistair and Charlotte had a life of traveling, drinking and sex. They visited places like Paris France because she wanted to go. He spent money on her dresses and her jewelry. He made her who she had became. After Alistair was drafted, she became heartbroken and reckless. She messed around with a lot of men and drank more than she could handle. She was always on the go and never wanted to settle.
