Start from the beginning

Other kids erased left over chalk from the board.

Swept.

Or took out any trash left in the classroom.

She stood fairly quiet but did give a few yeahs or nods.

Only if needed.

"Hiroko-san whatcha doing after school?"

Two students beside her started to have a convo while she wiped off a desk.

She tried not to pay much attention to it

"Hmmm today's good for my schedule, are you free?"

But it was more interesting than cleaning a classroom, you didn't even like being in.

"We should go to the music room today!"

But that one word stoped her actions.

'Music?'

She states in her head.

"Nahh, lets go out to eat something. I'm starving!"

They giggled and linked arms. Exiting the classroom.

She wiped off her hands.

Realizing she was the last one left.

"We have a music room?"

She mumbles softly.

Before walking out the room and down the hall.

It was the end of the day.

And she usually just went home.

But this time.

She wanted to see a certain room.

After a good search.

She found the room she kept thinking of.

The music room.

She slowly slide the door open.

Happy to see it was empty.

Only thing there were soulless instruments with no vessels.

Her feet making soft patter sounds as she walked around the quiet room.

Touching along the electro piano keys as she past it.

Tapped on the top of a set of drums.

Toyed with the strings on a violin.

Then her eyes landed on the one instrument she couldn't touch.

The guitar.

Her heart clenched at the sight of it.

The memories she didn't want to come back,

Start flooding in her mind.

"YOU NEVER TOUCH THAT THING AGAIN YOU HEAR ME!"

The words taking her mind hostage.

Not wanting to let her go.

"YOU CANT BE HIM, you'll never be him..."

She wanted it to stop.

She squeezes her sweater tighter around her.

Her eyes starting to swell up.

Her throat burning.

"I WANT HIM NOT YOU!"

She doesn't wanna show it.

She doesn't want to express it.

She breaths in and out.

Holding for dear life on her sweater.

Sucking all the emotions back in.

She Drags her self out the room.

And doesn't look back.

She sinks into the warm water.

Only above her mouth was visible.

Aki laid next to the tub.

Waiting for Hana so they could go sleep.

But she was gonna take longer than usual in her bath tonight.

She needed to relax from what happened at the music room.

She felt like she was gonna cry right then and there.
But even then it was hard.

Hard to express how she felt.

Having all these emotions bottle up, and you can't even scream it out.

She felt trapped.

And almost....

Lonely.
