The Real Beauty And The Douchebag

The Characters

Truth be told, the character Johnathan Hint is just based on me. I came up with the first name of Johnathan because it was actually the name I wish I was given. The last name Hint came to me one day when for some reason I guess I forgot to punch in my full name when setting up my new laptop so it saved my name as Joseph Hint. Now of course Johnathan is a lot more badass than I am and did the things he actually wanted to do.

Alex is based on my friend Avedis who is short but still a friend of mine and he also agreed that the real life Douchebag was a total douchebag. Arya is based on my friend Angel and while we are not brother and sister I've known her for so long that I just think of her as a sister. Her boyfriend Brad is based on her real life boyfriend Joel who in the book I made to be a badass but in real life he's just a nerd... then again so am I.

Cameron is based on my good friend Calen who did teach me some workout skills but never really taught me how to fight, but every now and then he would try to wrestle me... and he'd win. Mel Ester is based on Angel's real life starker/ex boyfriend. He was always a creep and was constantly hitting on her. Thankfully in real life he never slapped her ass but if he did you know I would have ki... (what? What do you mean I can't say that? That's bs... ok fine whatever).

Sam is based on one of Avedis several crushes or ex girlfriends. I honestly don't know I've lost count and stopped caring. Chris is based off of one of the Douchebag's friends. I know crazy right the guy had friends. And then there was the Douchebag. Yes the Douchebag was a real person and a real Douchebag. Honestly it was easy running into people who didn't like him because no one did. Seriously, the guy was a real asshole.

And for those of you who are wondering, I didn't hate him because he was dating my crush. I hated him for many other reasons but we'll get into that later.

Now let's not forget about the most important person in this story, Beauty. Her name was AnnElise, a long time friend of Angels.
