Today it's been a year since you've left and went on to find your own little world. I wish you all the best.
It was a shiny warm Monday morning. I was still half asleep when I got out of bed but tried my best to rush so I wouldn't be late for the first class. After my morning routine I quickly ran downstairs and grabbed my backpack which I had forgotten on the sofa the night before. I was wearing my usual clothes, a black t-shirt, jeans and some sneakers. It wasn't specific for me to dress in a fancy way, especially for school. A year or two prior I had discovered some good punk and rock bands, thing which somewhat influenced my taste. But at least I felt like I had finally found my passion. Somehow my life had always been revolving around music.
I was always catalogued as the 'good girl' and 'the nerd' but suddenly I got fed up with always being nice and used by other people, so I tried to look as though as possible, I wasn't trying to be rebellious though, because I've always liked to help people and most probably I was simply trying to change my character in order to find my true self, my dreams, my weakest points and fears.
Everything was so nice around me, I had hope, creativity and passion, and I felt an inner peace and happiness like never before. Little did I know that my peace would be troubled and my world turned upside down by someone that I considered very special at that time.
