Heros From Another World

Encounter

WELL here is the first chapter of the story so I hope this is at least likable. A'ight here we go.

As we made our way toward the shard of the traveler see somewhat familiar visions of people around us. There was only one who I recognized. My bro Cayde though ever since I went through the first time It always had a familiar feeling about it. But this was different. It felt odd. And I felt confused . "Hey phevas does this feel unusual?" I say questioning my surroundings.

"oddly yes"

"Well how about we get out of here."

"sorry I can't if the traveler wan'ts us somewhere we can't deny it"

"Well lets hurry the fuck up then I don't wanna be here longer than I have to"

"Language"

"Don't reference that old movie when i'm around"

"sorry"

As I saw the shard just in the clearing in-front of us I knew something was up. But I couldn't tell if it was for better or for worse. We reached it not long afterwards and as my ghost got ready I saw something in the shard but phevas already gave the ability to me by the time I thought that this wasn't right. The power hit me in a gut wrenching blow but after a few seconds I felt stronger. More refreshed. And then all was dark

I groan waking up to a unknown surrounding unsure of where I am I call out for my ghost. No reply. and then I get hit by something hard right in the center of the head.

"Ahhhh fuck!" I say rubbing my head.

"look you need to stop swearing"  A voice coming from behind said. A voice I recognized.

"Buddy I thought you were gone" I shout running over to him.

"well I was. For a few seconds. Look I recognized the portal and ran off to get the ship."

I asked him to check my Inventory as a display appeared in-front of me. At least in my helmet it did and saw my entire vault and my jump-ship still there. I then checked on me and saw I had everything I had before I was thrown into this world.

"hey phevas will ya take out my ship I still need to see If it was left the same."

"uhh sure." He says as the queen of hearts appears in-front of him. Ramp already lowered.

"well I think I lost a small bit of fuel but other than that everything was here. You know anywhere we can hide it."

"Not particularly though I will do a quick scan of the area to see if anything that has to do with the darkness is here as well as checking the area." Phevas said quickly while I came out of the ship holding a bag of chips.

"Ok- Though- do- the- hiding- first-" I say between crunches.

"can you check the computer I need research about this place."

"Yeah Yeah I will. Though you have to find something else cause i'm not the most patient as you should know." I say with a sigh.

"Ok so I don't know anything about this language and I think my helmet had a bit of damage from the fall. Cause I remember my translator working in every language we know."

"unless it isn't one I know. By the way I have finished the scan and It shows no darkness throughout the entire city. Though what is confusing is that it says everything here has light. Just no ghosts. And what is even more confusing is that there is a huge light signature in the ocean. But it seems very dangerous. But I did find a place to hide your ship. Further backwards is a forest that not many people have been in. And i did some web-searching since you are incompetent-"

"hey! i'm not that dumb."

"well you are idiotic. But as I was saying before I was rudely interrupted  there is some sort of beach covered in waste not to far from here called dagobah beach. if we cloak it on the water we should be able to not have to waste fuel."

"great then lets get going."

"why are you so hyperactive. We are in an unknown world."

"because its what we hunters do. We explore."

"I swear you are so much like Cayde."

"hey I don't need to explode into tears right now. I wan't no mention of my brother."

"Can't Promise anything." Phevas replied and I could swear he was smiling.

SO that has been 2 chapters in 1 day. I was extremely bored and well had just read 2 other stories and I just wanted to write something. Anyways I hope you enjoyed my first and let me know if you want me to change anything.
