Kiyu the Unknown^^

Chapter 8: Whats kiyus power.

King Rade then sat on his bed for a moment before he decided to talk.

"im really glad you too could make it actually, as you two should know by now that Kiyu is no ordinary kid" said king Rade as he gave out a sigh.

"yes father we just recently found out, please tell us about this new power Kiyu has obtained, I can tell that its very dangerous" said kaldeo as his hands began to shake.

"Let me guess you checked the cristal ball of definity to check what happened that day" said king Rade as he continues to look down.

"Yes dad, but evens if kiyu has gained some new kind of power there's no way it could be a threat to us, right dad" said Totsuki as he was a bit shaken by Kiyu's new power.

"now listen here you too, this power is very ancient and it has been locked away for a very long time, since this power has awoken it means a great evil has awoken and that means that Kiyu is actually of the chosen ones like the legend says" said king Rade as he smiled a bit.

"I knew it, but how long until this evil will reveal itself dad and who mite the other chosen ones be?" asked kaldeo.

"One of the chosen ones?, more importantly why was Kiyu chosen?, until a few days ago he was worthless kid that had no power(you could hear the jealousy in his voice), how don't we know that this evil force isn't with him instead" said Totsuki as his hands began to shake.

"Calm down totsuki, well you see I'm not actually sure when this evil will come, im guessing when Kiyu is probably older, or maybe evens after that, who knows, well actually I think it is just waiting for the right moment, Kiyu is pure of heart whether you accept it or not Totsuki, thats why he was chosen by this extraordinary power and in time 5 others will be chosen or maybe they have already been chosen, but I have a strong feeling in my gut that Hachi mite be one of them" said king Rade.

"wait who's this Hachi and why you say so dad" said Kaldeo as he was curious.

"Hachi is one of Kiyu's new friends you see, he found him in town today being picked on by these other three kids, but Kiyu rescued him, well actually kira did, well like the legend says the chosen ones are actually quite close and will find each other in time, since we don't know where or when this evil will strike, I need you two to train Kiyu in order to become stronger"

"what!!!" said the brothers.

"I will train him in time but right now he needs to learn the basics from you two" said king Rade as he gave out a sigh.

"but dad I don't have time to train him, I'm already busy with my own training for the tournament' said Kaldeo as he turned red from anger.

"yeah why do I have to train that little snot, there's no way in hell!" said Totsuki.

(King Rade started laughing)...."you two actually think I'm giving you a choice in the matter" (gives them a death stare), said king Rade.

(Both brothers are frozen with fear)

(he then stops with the death stare) "listen here I just need you to train him until he's strong enough to train with me, maybe he should also take part in the tournament" said king Rade as he began to wonder.

"Dad the tournament is no joke, its very dangerous and no place for a kid, and besides all 6 kingdoms will be taking part and I dont think they gonna show him any mercy, wait dad kiyu is only 8 he needs to be at least 13 to participate" said kaldeo.

(King Rade hits him on he's head), "have you forgotten when the tournament starts?"

"ohh five years from now I forgot, said kaldeo as he held his head.

"kaldeo you are 15 right now so by then you will be 20 and totsuki will be 19, ohh Totsuki why are you all of a sudden so quite" said king Rade as he watched totsuki.

"Okay I understand the situation we're in but right now I'm tired and I want to go sleep, soooo good night" said Totsuki as he went out the room.

(Totsuki leaves the room)

"very well get some rest my son, ohh and Kaldeo before you go too (Kaldeo stops walking),I need you to go with Kiyu tomorrow on his journey" said king Rade as he held Kaldeo by his shoulder.

"but dad-"

"but nothing, its about time you start acting like the oldest and be there for your little brother" said king Rade as he started to put pressure on kaldeo shoulder by squeezing a bit.

"Ow ow ow ow okay I give" said kaldeo.

"listen here, Kiyu is not yet able to use his power properly and mite harm himself and his friend in the process so I need you to go with incase he looses control again" said king Rade.

"looses control? Doesn't that mean...-"

"no!! The power inside of him is not evil its just the rage Kiyu feels because he blame himself for what happened to his mother a long time ago, so he looses control and lets it out on everything.. well...everyone, that power inside him is like a spirit actually and has its own form, it will reveal itself in time, but right now its busy testing Kiyu to see if his worthy of its power" said king Rade.

"so basically it feeds on Kiyu's rage?" said Kaldeo.

"not exactly, it lends Kiyu power to see how he would use it, but if this spirit thinks Kiyu is not worthy of its power it will,.....end Kiyu" said king Rade as he began to worry.

"Oh I see, but you said it was not evil?" said Kaldeo.

"its not, its just a test for him, although I dont like its methods, I have to bear with the fact that Destiny has chosen Kiyu, so we will just have to believe he will be victorious. Okay thats it for now Kaldeo we will talk again" said king Rade as he let go of Kaldeo's shoulder.

"fine...I will help him out the little snot.... but just untill he is strong enough to train with you, anyways...good night dad" said kaldeo.

"good night my son" said king Rade.

(Kaldeo leaves the room)
