Ethan's POV
Habang nasa meeting ay hindi ako mapalagay. I just cant define the feelings Im having right now. It's like I am set on fire! Hindi ako mapakali. I was damn okay nung magkita kami unexpectedly ni Aaliyah but now. Fuck I dont know ! Its like something went wrong and I'm hating it!
"Oh are you okay Mr. Ethan?" said nung chinese inventor na nasa harap ng upuan ko. Fuck this meeting! Bakit kasi hindi ko pa ito pinaubaya kay Nate! Not that I don't trust him it's just that I want to be the one to handle this deal. But now? the hell I care about this deal when I really have this damn strange feeling!
"Mr. Ethan? Are you sure your okay?" Tanong ulit nung intsik. Damn! Am I that distracted??
"Oh. Sorry, Im okay. Please continue." I said politely. Relax Ethan. She promised you she wouldn't leave you, you should have trust her. Right. I should have trust her.
I focus my mind on the men in front of me. Right after I get this deal Im gonna call her and tell her how much I love her and my love for her is driving me crazy.
"Seems like you're back in the mood to win this deal, lets continue." said Mr. Lee, yung Chinese inventor. I just nodded and he continues. Hindi naman nalalayo ang edad naming dalawa kaya Im sure na madali ko syang makukumbinsi. Kaya lang mukhang sa kasama niya ako mahihirapan. He looks above 50 and very cautious of his decisions. This is why I want to handle this deal dahil kung si Nate lang ang papupuntahin ko dito ay baka mawala pa sa amin ang one of the biggest clients in our company.
Hindi sa minamaliit ko ang kakayahan ng loko na yun but like what I said, isa siyang loko and It seems like this past few days ay very ilag siya sakin. I dont know if its because of Mallory or dun sa nirereto sa kanya ng lolo niya.
After ng halos 2 hours of discussion ay na convince ko din ang matandang intsik! Sa kanya talaga ako nahirapan i persuade eh..

"We will not let you down Sir." I said and did the same to Mr. Lee. Sabay sabay kaming lumabas ng restaurant at hinintay silang makaalis bago ako sumakay ng sasakyan at bumalik sa kompanya.
"Lucy cancel all my next appointments today and tomorrow." I said ng madaanan ko ang bagong secretary ko. Nag resign na kasi yung pinalitan niya at gusto nalang daw maging ulirang maybahay sa kanyang asawa. His husband must be so lucky dahil bihira na ngayon ang ganung babae.
Women nowadays are more liberated and so eager of gender equality. They want to work hard not realizating that it's the man's obligation. And they still think of gender equality when it's very favor for them not to work and stay at home instead. Im not against of their motive nor a bias. It's just my opinion. No more, no less.
"Yes sir." She said, I noticed that she's too shy for the job or it's just me thinking that. She's pretty but kinda wierd. Oh wait.. I didn't employ her here I remember, Nate is the one.
