My horse just moved here from California about a year ago. I was out riding him today when a fairly large windstorm hit us. Apparently, my sixteen year old gelding has never seen a tumble weed before. One hit his leg and he jumped, reared back almost throwing me off and took off running down our dirt road while dirt bikes were headed our way. It wasn't too fun. No more riding on windy days I guess...
