The Summoning Stick is basically a super powerful wand that allows you to summon any person with it when you use it.It was given to Victoria to use to summon people in their plot of land to react to ships.After someone uses the Summon Stick someone usually explains why they got summoned here.It also depends on who is using the Summon Stick to summon the person.If Victoria gives permission for the person the use the summoning wand it will work for them.People such as Ally,Mia and Solar are given special permission to use the Summoning Stick without Victoria's permission.So That is basically what the summon Stick is!
