The description pretty much says it all. This book will contain things like an operative's backstory and personality. After the operatives it also contains newfound info.
The basic story of the myth is in the next chapter.
After that you can just pick any character to read about. (or event, this book sort of turned into a full blown up-to-date info book for new stuff happening in the myth)
This myth has been active for over a year now, so there's a bit to go through
I got all this from a friend who's pretty active in the city and stuff and they keep me updated
But you can ask any questions if you have some
