Breath//Menomi( mena massoud and Naomi Scott)

Part 8

Naomi's P.O.V:

It's been a couple of weeks since Lena started to adjust. We've been in and out of the police station. Mena is still on egde about her but I think slowly he's coming around to Lena.

We were all at the dinner table, as Lena had barely touched her food.

" Lena I  think we should talk about enrolling you into school" Mena coughed, as Lena showed some interest

" really"

I nodded " there's a school called Anchor Beach just a few blocks away"

" y.. You have to aditon to get into the school"  Mena said taking a sip of water

Lenas smile faded from her face " do.. Do you think I'm smart enough to get in" she started at mena hoping for an answer, mena took  a minute then answered " I.. I think with a little help you could"

She smiled showing a bit of teeth which we don't see very often

Menas P.O.V:

He were all sitting in the living room when Naomi got a call out of nowhere " Hello" she answered
There was a pause for a moment
" I'll be there right away" she Hung up the phone and in a hurry grabbed her coat and started to get ready to leave

" Naomi where are you going" I asked confused

" I'll will be right back I promise I just have to go" she kissed me hugged Lena then left

I ran my hands through my hair, until I felt eyes stare at me.

I could tell Lena was in distraught

" Mena, do you think I'll ever see my brother and sister again

" Lena to be honest I don't know it's a big world " and with that her peach completion turned to a bright red as tears rolled down her cheek falling to th ground. I could do nothing but hug her and that's what I did. " Mena I know you don't care about what happens to me and I'm sorry if Ives messed with you and Naomi's relationship but thank for being honest with me"

From there my heart had been broken plotonically
I realized I've been a cold man towards her when really all she needed was to feel love and compassion from someone who wanted nothing.

I pulled away to wiupe her tears " lena I've been a jerk to you and I'm sorry and your no burden just a girl in need of love and I'm willing to be that person to give it to you"

She smiled then hugged me once more after a while she had fallen asleep I kissed her forehead, then I had began to feel my eyes get heavy as i dozed off in to sleep.

A/N

Sorry for the slow update school just stared back up but I plan on updating once a week and if I   miss a week promise there will be 2 updates the following week
