"So what do you guys do for fun?"

"Um...we sit with babies?" Syd says bluntly.

"No I mean what you do for fun. As in hobbies. Nobody 'sits with babies' for fun. Especially my little sisters."

"We watch the bachelor." I throw in with a small smile.

"Emerson Grace Andrews!" Syd snaps, her black tendrils flying around her head and whipping through the air fiercely in straight waves.

"Sorry..."I awkwardly apologize, rubbing my hand up and down my arm as a light blush dusts my cheeks.

I look down at my pink flats as Syd does damage control. I can't believe we're actually babysitting a seventeen year old and his three little sisters.

Best friends, Sydney Rogers and Emmy Andrews have been babysitting people's children in the Maple Tree subdivision since they were 10.

Everyone in the subdivision is close and all interact and have a community barbecue every weekend. Although the houses less than 4 feet away from each other look similar on the outside and maybe the interiors aren't much different from each other that's where the similarities stop.

No family is the same in the quiet subdivision tucked away and forgotten by most people who live in Maple Town, the only subdivision in the town is mostly forgotten. Except for the people who live in the wonderful subdivision, for those people the subdivision is like their own little bubble of a town, everyone's kind to each other and no drama ever circulates. At school the students who live in Maple Town don't really talk to the people who live in Maple Tree Subdivision

That is until a new family moves in.

The Baker's.

As always, word spreed and Mrs.Baker heard about the girls babysitting abilities and hired them to watch her four children.

What they didn't expect was the eldest child to be a rule breaking playboy who was new to living with people so close to him and totally against having two girls his age babysitting him all because he got into some trouble back in his old town and Mrs.Baker is hell bent on showing him a lesson, so by getting him a babysitter and keeping him on house arrest for the entire summer she's getting what she wants.

To embarrass the living crap out of him to their new neighbors and to teach him a valuable lesson.

Never fear! The babysitters are here!
