The day was Wednesday, May 12th, 2019 when my life changed forever, but I didn't even know it. You see, that was the day that something quite special was mentioned on the announcements at school during homeroom, which, at my high school, always took place between 2nd and 3rd period. Besides the pledge, and the normal announcements, they said that the prom was coming up. Oh god here we go again...
