there will be experiences where
someone else hurt you
or maybe you were the one who hurt yourself,
and that's okay.
learn from the experience,
become a stronger person,
you can do it.
most importantly,
self forgiveness is essential for self healing
and forgive others too.
this does not mean you have to forget what they did
but forgiveness can always help you move on.
