Here is my scenario. Ever since Bucky has returned to Steve, he has been suffering from seizures due to the damage Hydra inflicted on his brain. Bucky was on a walk with Steve in Central Park when he started to feel faint and he wasn't able to warn Steve before he fell to the ground, seizing. He hit his head pretty hard in the fall and the seizure was the worst one yet. Steve called an ambulance and now he has to wait and see what happens...
