A Random Chance

Getting Closer (Part 1)

After about an hour the movie was finally over and the seats stopped moving while the main lights turned back on. As all of us got up to leave the room, most of us had a little rough time trying to stand up and walk since the moveable chairs made our legs feel jiggly. Once we made it back outside we gathered into a group circle again and S.Coups asked,
"So where do you guys wanna go now?"
"I know we've only been on a few rides together so far but let's split up for awhile like Mel suggested." I replied.
"Ok! We'll meet back here in a couple of hours." He said as the rest of us nodded.
All of us then went our separate ways in pairs or small groups of 3.

Woozi and I went by ourselves in a random direction to look for the next ride to go on together. While we were walking, Woozi suddenly grabbed my hand which took me by surprise but I still smiled. As we looked around, I noticed a ride called the Dragon Wild Shooting. I wasn't sure what it was about besides possibly shooting dragons based on the name. As the 2 of us headed to the ride, we saw some people just getting off the ride and heard them talking about it. I listened in closely to their comments and from sounds of it, you sit on a moving platform and you just shoot dragons all around you. It sounded like it could be a lot of fun and I couldn't wait to try it out. When we finally went through this archway that leads to the ride, we had to go down a small flight of stairs to get to it. As we walked in line noticed it was our turn next and once last group of people were off, we took their places and strapped in. After the operator double checked that we were ready, he pressed a few buttons and off we went. The platform began to move and slowly spin around and everyone started shooting anything that popped out on the walls.

About 5 minutes later the ride was over and we had to get off for the next group. We came back up the stairs and looked around for another fun looking ride then Woozi saw one called Load Nelson's Armada. We decided to try that one out since it looked like a place where couples ride flamingo shaped paddle boats. We paddled along the water which to me was kinda of romantic since everything was quiet and calm. It must've been romantic to Woozi as well because we shared a few kisses which made me very happy. After spending a little while on the boat, we decided to get off and do something else.

Right as we parked our in the designated spot, I saw the Camelot Carousel ride and I told Woozi we should go on that next. Since the ride was going when we got there, we waited a couple minutes for it stop so we could take our turn. When it finally stopped, the operator let us go on and we were able to sit on horses that were right next to each other. Once enough people were on, the operator turned the ride on again and we began to move up and down on the horses while it in a circle. Woozi and I couldn't stop laughing because this particular ride always made you feel like a kid no matter how mature you were.

Sadly our turn was already over when the carousel came to a stop but luckily we enjoyed it while it lasted. When we got off and got through the exit gate, we grabbed each other's hands once again as we went looking for another ride. While we walked around, I wanted to randomly kiss Woozi on the cheek. I had to kneel down slightly to his level since he was a few inches shorter than me but I didn't mind. As I gave him a quick kiss and saw him giggle, the both of us suddenly heard a random guy said,
"Hahaha! This kid was just kissed by his Mama! He's walking around with her like a baby and he's even holding her hand cause he might get lost! How sad is that!"
When we looked towards of the direction of voice and we realized he was a high school kid in his teen years.
I then walked up to him, grabbed him by the collar of his shirt and said,
"Listen here you pathetic high school drop out! For your information this 'kid' your referring to is my boyfriend and I don't care about his height, I like him the way he is. Unlike you, he played classical music on piano and clarinet when he was your age and now he's in a very successful Kpop group who makes great music. So I suggested you mind your own god damn business and go back to YOUR mommy before I shove my foot up your ass!"

The second I let the guy go, he started to cry and run off because he probably couldn't handle that a woman just set him straight. As I turned to walk back towards Woozi, I noticed him staring at me with wide eyes.
"What did I just witness?!" He said out of shock.
"I'm sorry I didn't mean to take it that far, but I don't like it when people make fun of you because your height." I explained as I started to feel ashamed.
When I looked up to see his face again, I felt his arms around me in hug.
"Thank you! Even though I know how to stand up for myself, I'm glad I have someone like you in my life whose always there when I need them. I love you Baby Girl!" He said as he then placed both of his hands on the sides of my face.
I suddenly felt my eyes fill up with tears since this was the first time he ever said 'love you!' to me which made me incredibly happy.
"I love you to Woozi!" I replied.
We stared into each other's eyes for a second when we began to lean in for a kiss. We finally touched lips in a passionate kiss and we stood there enjoying the moment. After a couple seconds we decided to break apart then continue walking onwards.

~Diana's POV~
Once everyone agreed we should split up into smaller groups, Wonwoo came up to me and asked,
"H-Hey Diana...Would you wanna go one some rides together with me?"
I smiled and felt my cheeks warm up slightly because I couldn't believe he asked me out of everyone else.
"Yeah I would love to!" I replied while we both waved goodbye to everyone then we walked away.
"Where do you wanna go first?" He asked.
"I did see this ride called Jungle Adventure on the map earlier, so let's go on that one!" I replied as he nodded and led me to where it was.

When we got there we were able to get on right away since we were first in line. We climbed in the boat and once we were secured, the boat started taking us down stream. As we went along, we saw various animatronic animals and other creatures, building type structures, etc which was incredible to see. I even took a few pictures on my phone for a cool memory. About 5 minutes later, our adventure came to an end when we came back full circle at the entrance. While we got off and headed through the exit, we watched the next small group of people get on.

We wonder around for a bit just letting our feet take us wherever as we both enjoyed each other's company. After awhile we came across a ride called the Balloon Ride, it didn't look like much from afar but my curiosity still got the best of me of wanting to try it out. When we made it up to the line, we had to wait a little while since all the balloons were being used and there was still some people ahead of us. Once it was our turn, the operator opened the door for us to get inside then closed it. The seating in it was all connected like a bench so we sat next to each other. A few seconds later our balloon started to raise up slowly towards the ceiling. As we went upwards it was silent between us since until Wonwoo broke it by asking,
"Are you having fun Diana?"
"Yeah I am. This is really nice!" I replied while trying not to sound too nervous.
I saw him lightly scratch the back of his head probably from being fidgety from the awkwardness.

When we reached the top, I couldn't help but look over the edge since everything around us looked super tiny. As I watched the people from down below I suddenly felt Wonwoo's hand on top of him. He must've accidentally did it because he looked just as surprised as I was when we looked at each other. He then quickly moved his hand away while blushing in shyness.
"I-I'm sorry. I didn't mean to do that!" He said as he turned his head away.
"Oh no it's okay. I didn't mind it at all." I tried to reassure him.
He turned back to look at me and gave a small smile as he slowly placed down his hand on mine again. When Wonwoo looked at me, we ended up staring at each other and it felt like time had suddenly stopped for us. However we were broken out of our trance when we realized that our balloon ride time was over. We then manage to compose ourselves again and stepped off the ride to go find another one try.

Sometime had passed and most of the rides that we glanced at were either for kids or didn't seem that interesting until we came across a place called Fantasy Forest. As we walked in, we felt like we were instantly teleported to a real life rainforest. Everything had so much detail that it looked like it looked incredible life like. They had all the different biomes for the type of plants and animals that lived there which was amazing. We took our time to go through it since we wanted to look up close at everything and take pictures. Once we made it through, we quickly checked at all the photos we took then left Fantasy Forest to go somewhere else.
