INGREDIENTS
3 oz (1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons) amber rum
1 1/2 cups (1-inch) cubes of firm-ripe mango (from two 1-lb mangoes), frozen
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 oz (2 tablespoons) triple sec
4 teaspoons superfine granulated sugar
2 cups ice cubes

PREPARATION
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

INGREDIENTS
4 oz. light rum
1/2 c. fresh strawberries
1/2 c. frozen strawberries
Juice of 1 lime
sliced lime, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
To a blender, add rum, fresh and frozen strawberries, and lime juice and blend until smooth.
Pour into two glasses and garnish with lime slices.

INGREDIENTS
1 pound frozen strawberries*
2 ounces simple syrup** (adjust amount to preference)
3 ounces fresh squeezed lime juice
2 cups crushed ice
8 ounces tequila
2 ounces orange liqueur (Triple Sec, Cointreau)
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend together frozen strawberries, simple syrup, lime juice, crushed ice, tequila, Triple Sec (or Cointreau) until smooth.
Serve cold in salt-rimmed glasses.

Mango Margarita

2 tablespoons coarse sugar (see Cook's Note)

Two 20-ounce jars mango chunks, drained

Ice, for blending

1 1/2 cups tequila

1 1/2 cups triple sec

1/2 cup granulated sugar

Begin by zesting the limes. Pour the coarse sugar over the lime zest and toss with your fingers to combine. Set aside.
Throw the mango chunks into a blender. Top off the blender with ice. Pour in the tequila and triple sec. Add the granulated sugar and squeeze in the juice of the limes. Blend until completely smooth, adding more ice if necessary to get the consistency you want. Use a piece of one of the limes to moisten the rims of the glasses. Dip the rims in the lime sugar. Pour the drinks and serve immediately.

HOW TO MAKE THE MAI TAI COCKTAIL
Add the white rum, curaçao, juice and orgeat into a shaker with crushed ice and shake lightly (about 3 seconds).

Pour into a double Old Fashioned glass.

Float the dark rum over top.

Garnish with a lime wheel and mint sprig.

Ice cubes

3 ounces tequila

2 ounces freshly squeezed lime juice

1 ounce Simple Syrup, recipe follows

1/2 to 1 teaspoon orange liqueur

1 tablespoon Lime-salt-sugar, recipe follows

Simple Syrup:
1 cup sugar

1 cup water

Lime-salt-sugar:
Zest of one lime

2 tablespoons kosher salt

2 tablespoons sugar

Directions
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add tequila, lime juice, Simple Syrup and orange liqueur. Cover and shake until mixed and chilled, about 30 seconds. (In general, the drink is ready by the time the shaker mists up.) Place Lime-salt-sugar on a plate. Press the rim of a chilled rocks or wine glass into the mixture to rim the edge. Strain margarita into the glass
