Winter had coated the ground with the snow that came every year. Jimin was looking out the window, watching the snowflakes gracefully fall down as he waited for Peyton who had left to buy something. The love between them had created such a close relationship, that even a small amount of time away from each other felt longer than it was. Jimin watched people pass by, his mood lightening up as he thought Peyton was possibly a few of them. He missed him, and was worried after seeing the wind blow stronger and the snow fall heavier.

He snapped out of his thoughts as he was greeted with a loud, yet soft, purr as he turned around to lock eyes with a gorgeous, small calico cat. Jimin sighed quietly, curving his mouth into a sweet and gentle smile. "Are you hungry?" The cat only let out a small meow in response as Jimin bent down, carefully picking up the cat. "Well, come on MinMin." He said as he carried her into the kitchen.

Jimin collected MinMin's food bowl, placing it on the smooth surface of the floor. "You're such a  beautiful cat.." He complimented, filling her bowl with cat food. He gently ran his hand through MinMin's silky fur as she reacted in her adorable habit, reaching her paw out and dragged the bowl towards her. Jimin couldn't help the urge to smile brightly at the cat. Suddenly, there was a knock on the door. Jimin glanced over his shoulder, feeling excitement bubble through him as he looked back at MinMin. "Be a good kitty and stay right here to eat. I'll be right back." He whispered, making his way to the door.

As he opened the door, he immediately felt his heart split at the sight of a shivering Peyton standing before him. His cheeks, finger tips, and nose were the color of a delicate, red rose. "T-the door was locked, b-but I managed to get more cat food..." Peyton stuttered out his words, giving a weak smile. Jimin grabbed the bags without a word and nodded. "Just.. Please go, wrap yourself in some blankets. I'll be there to help warm you up in a minute." He looked at the boy with a hint of sadness in his dark eyes. Peyton felt better at the sound of his voice better assuring that he was very much cared for. As he watched him walk over to MinMin who had seem to finish eating, he sighed quietly.

"Already done?" Jimin asked in amusement, giving the cat a warm smile. He set down the bags and picked up MinMin, looking into her emerald green eyes. He heard soft footsteps and looked up at Peyton, who had just walked in. "Shouldn't you be in my room snuggling up in my blankets? You must be freezing, now!" "Oh-" "Alright. I'm coming, too." Jimin held the cat in one hand as he reached out for Peyton's, feeling the sudden cold bite against his soft, sensitive skin, yet, he pushed back the burning pain and led him to his room.

Soon snuggling close to each other, Jin and Peyton had started watching a movie. A cup of hot milk in their hands, covered by warm blankets, together with MinMin curled up in front of them. Jimin felt happy and satisfied, and he was sure his partner did too. "How are you feeling now? Are you still cold at all, love?" He asked her. Peyton brought his gaze towards MinMin instead of meeting Jimin's. "You care so much, and it makes me feel so special.. I feel a lot better. Thank you." He smiled, soon setting his cup down on the small table beside the bed. "You don't need to thank me." Jimin set his cup down as well, bringing the boy into a hug. "You definitely feel a lot warmer, too, now." He told him. He looked at Jimin, smiling brightly. Jimin, then, placed his soft lips onto Peyton's, looking into his eyes for a few seconds more as it gently broke. Jimin let a soft laugh escape his mouth as his cheeks tinted a soft pink, soon looking away.
"Never forget that I love you, okay? I'll be here to warm you up any cold day!"
