Judge Victoria enjoyed a 10-year career on the bench—a tenure that included over four-and-a-half years of service on the County Court of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, and more than five years on the Circuit Court of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit. She initially applied for a seat on the County Court in 2006, and was appointed by then-Governor Jeb Bush. She applied for the higher court position in 2011, and was appointed by then-Governor Rick Scott following vetting and recommendation by the Judicial Nominating Commission in Miami.
