(Alvar's human outfit)

(Little thing. Time in the human world is different in the Vatarian cities. Like it is night in Paris but day in Inalia.)

"These human clothes are terribly uncomfortable." Maha groaned, pulling at the hem of her skirt. Sophie, Ruy, Lilac, Alvar, and Maha all walked through Paris, following Sophie thorough the busy streets.

"We need to blend in. The entrance should be around here somewhere." Sophie said, annoyed. Sophie was used to human clothing, and she knew Paris like the back of her hand. Sophie stopped when she saw her old dance school, standing high in during the warm summer evening. Sophie remembered her years in their dance studios, where she would dance around in their empty classroom after hours. Or when she just accomplished amazing new choreography. Sophie now knows that the reason she loves to dance so much is that dancing is a large part of Inalian culture.

"Lia?" Lilac asked quietly, pulling Sophie out of her trance.

"Yeah, sorry. The entrance is near Notre Dame if I remember correctly." Sophie stuttered, dragging her friends to the cathedral. After about ten minutes of walking, they were in front of Notre Dame, weaving through the thick crowds of humans.

"It's beautiful..." Maha complimented, her mouth open at the magnificent building.

"It is a lot like the architecture in Inalia, that is why we decided to use it as an entry point," Sophie explained. They snuck past the long line of humans waiting for the night tours, Sophie using her shadows and Alvar using his vanisher powers to hide them as they snuck in front of the long line. Sophie stared in awe at the high ceilings and magnificent marble and limestone. The large stained glass windows were letting in subtle rays of colored moonlight. They all became visible again and wandered around the cathedral, following Sophie.

"Lia, where are we going?" Alvar asked as Sophie turned a sharp right. Sophie was humming under her breathe and seemed to have the place memorized.

"Oh, we are going to the crypt," Sophie said cooly. Sophie heard her friends behind her gag.

"Human are disgusting, keeping dead bodies strewn around," Maha mumbled. Sophie went down a long set of stairs, her shoes clicking on the smooth stone. Sophie gasped and pressed her back against a wall, all of her friends following her actions, and watched as a security guard whistled past them. After he was well down the hallways, Sophie continued down another hall.

"Are we allowed to be down here?" Alvar asked.

"No, not really," Sophie admitted. Alvar groaned and nearly landed on the floor when Sophie abruptly stopped.

"I found it!" Sophie quietly exclaimed. They all were glancing at a dirty two dirty brown doors surrounded by yellowish stone. Maha opened the door to open a disappointing room on the other side.

"Don't jump to conclusions, and give me a minute." Sophie snapped, already knowing what they were thinking. Sophie ducked under a nearby bench and found a burlap sack. She pulled it out and rustled around in it, before gasping and pulling out a bowl of flour.

"You have got to be kidding me." Ruy groaned, rolling his eyes. Sophie walked over with the bowl and shouldered Ruy on the way over. Sophie dipped two of her fingers into the flour and started to write on the wall.

"She finally has gone nuts," Ruy whispered into Alvar's ear. Ruy quickly shut up as the seam in between the doors shone gold and other colors before sizzling away. Sophie smirked at her group as she opened the door, revealing the rich Inalian landscape. All of her friends rushed to the doorway and stared in awe.
