Cindy was a former 'Light Side', has been a huge part in decision making during Kadyn's younger years (0-9). Cindy is known as 'Indecisiveness', being, well, indecisive. This is proved to be a very bad quality in Kadyn's life, proving to be a part of procrastination, which also ties with Delilah's job as Depression. Cindy is envious of Tina taking her spot in the light sides and tends to manipulate Penelope to do her bidding by confusing her and making her choose Cindy's side instead of Tina's.
