A Shadow and Alien (Invader Zim X Reader)

The Start of it All

"(Y/N)!!!" Yep there that 'beautiful' sound again in fact you were so used to hearing your name being yelled that your ears didn't ring at all anymore, you got up and went down stairs and of course you see your slug of a 'father' on the couch just watching TV and looking like a zombie at this point "Go get me another beer" He said just like everyday "Why can't Mark or Hailey go do that?" You politely said hoping he wouldn't get too ticked off but unfortunately he did, he got up and walk over to you, you felt like throwing up because smelled like piss and alcohol, "Your siblings are the only good kids in this house hold YOU are a mistake now GO!!" He yelled and you ran of into the kitchen, Mark and Hailey are your siblings with Mark being the oldest and Hailey being the youngest making you the middle child.

You walked into the kitchen and of course you see your little shadow friends and pets working there poor little asses off cleaning all of the dirty dishes that your family let you to do and not help out, you sighed "Guys don't do this please, I'll do them all myself" You told them as they all then slithered back into the shadows in the kitchen that the light provided. You opened the fridge and grabbed a beer and walked over to your 'loving dad' and gave it to him and began to walk back into the kitchen and work on the mountain of dishes in the sink.

Your in your room, both of your parents are asleep, same goes for your siblings, you sleep in a separate room away from your siblings and parents cause they can't stand you, you're reading an old book right now the same one your mom used to read to you and your siblings every night when you all were Happy. The story is about how Shadow like creatures used to roam the Earth and ruled over it but humans came along and both two fought eventually ending with the shadows retreating and living in a dimension on Earth but no one has seemed to find at least not anymore, back then some humans found the dimension and some humans and shadows fell in love and even had children, your family has human blood in you, your great, great, great, great, great, great grandfather fell for an Asian woman who also had feelings for him and eventually your mom met your dad who also has human blood in him and then both had you and your siblings, and then your least favorite part of the story, the shadows then began to fight there own kind, one side saying "EARTH BELONGS TO US! WE HAVE TO GO BACK AND SHOW THOSE DAMN HUMAN SCUM WHO OWNS THIS PLANET!" The other side- no YOUR side saying "NO! It's too dangerous! They've read the stories, the wars, EVERYTHING! They could still have weapons that could wipe out half of our kind and we can't risk any of us getting killed!" Eventually the town is (in what you like to call it) 'The older times' ya know like when racists people were a big deal, people on the 'evil' side are treated well like any other person the 'smarter' side how ever is treated like crap, you normally on a regular basis see people getting beat up or bullied for being on the side your on.

You then looked out the window and your life kinda flashes before your eyes, you remembered happier times, you remember watching horror movies with your family and everytime you got scared or started crying your dad would tuck you under his arm and you would hold into him tightly almost as if you were afraid that he would disappear, you remember once that a mean boy pushed you off of your tricycle and you cut your knee and your older brother started to chase the boy with his baseball bat ( in this dimension violence is normal ) and in the end he helped you with your cut and made crappy but still kinda funny jokes that made you laugh so you could forget about the pain, there was also that time when you and your little sister Hailey got into your mom's outfits and started playing dress up and when your mom found you two she started to find other dresses for you two that actually fit and make you two look like little porcelain dolls which you two already look like because almost every one in this town has pale white or a grey skin.

And then That Day 

You were six and you told your family that you felt like fighting the humans could be dangerous and that you didn't want to lose any of your family, everyone EVERYONE screamed at you and you were sent to your new room which is the one your in now, and that's how your family practicality shunned you.

After that word got out by your two siblings about you being on the 'good' side everyone tried to bully you but you can cast shadows kinda like armor and attack people with them (every shadow/human can use shadows around them to use as a weapon or armor) eventually you being aggressive resulted in this boy Jack having a thing for you and you eventually you became his girlfriend for four months but then you caught him cheating on you with this bitch Rebecca and both of them went on to bully you.

At this point you began to slowly cry yourself to sleep as your shadow pets came up to you and stayed by your side all night.

Welp here's the start of a new book and I can tell I'm gonna love writing this, Iris out!
