Chapter 5: Horde Rush

I jumped from the Plasma Tank and run toward the horde, Parker started to shoot them with Plasma Balls, It electrocuted some of the Zeros which helped me a bit. I clawed a Zero and it split into two, A Zerilisk threw a spike on me, I grabbed the claw and throw it back to the Zerilisk- hitting it's head, an instant kill. The Zeros surrounded me, I punch one and then claw one at my back, A Zero climbed my back and started to bite me armor. I pull out my 50 cal pistol and shoot the Zero on the head until it  exploded.

Something came to my mind, a special ability- I can shapeshift my hands. Then Parker shot a plasma ball near me, which killed 4 Zeros at once

Hey watch that!

"Sorry sir" 

While fighting, I am thinking of what I can shapeshift my hands to. Two big hammers? That would be good, But how can I do that?

I tried imagining my mind transforming into biological hammers, it worked! I smashed the Zeros in the area. 

After several smashes, I felt dizzy, the Horde is somehow endless. They keep on rushing to us, I chose to get away, I made an unexpected power jump and landed on the plasma tank.

Step on it Barthas! cheese and rice, this is a nightmare- Let us head to the Dreadnought as fast as we can, I will send in the Tomahawks to stop them temporarily.

I requested the missiles from the Dreadnought servos, "20 seconds"

Try to make an electric storm Parker

"But sir, that is illegal because it can destroy a quarter of the planet!"

Just do one! Target it on the lair, not on the horde that is an order!

Y-yes sir

He unlocked the protected case and pushed the button saying "Beware, ionic storm, your funeral"

Then he used the periscope to target the lair.

"Ready sir!"

Well fire it up!

Wait sir, what about the intel?

I got it all on my mind do not worry.

"Well, rock and roll"

Parker pulled the trigger, An inoic blast shot to the Lair of the Zerthal horde, A large explosion of light happened stronger thaan a flashbang- and releases electric currents incinerating everything it hits. The land crumbles and half of the horde fell from the cracks.

Hell Yeah! Look at what happened after that large explosion! Everything was incinerated

"Sir"

What?

"I think not all..."

What do you mean not all? give me that periscope!

I looked inside the periscope, It's a little blurry, but as it become clear enough, I found out that...

The Lair is still standing...

This is impossible!

"I know sir- but we have no time to dstroy it, we are not welcome in this planet... We should go back for your intel to be studied."

Okay Parker, let us head back to the Dreadnought.

After hours of travel and I never knew they have a built in Jukebox inside this tank, we finally reached the Dreadnought's resting place, still cloaked, so we uncloaked it, got inside and played some 90s songs. I turned on the engine, and put some corrdinates to go home automatically. The dreadnought is back online.

But then, one final surprise came to us. A huge Zerthal Worm came out from the land and almost caught the Dreadnought. It also released some of those flyers we fought while on the way here.

We found the button for Its most powerful weapon, the particle desintegrator. It is a huge cannon that releases a blast that can destroy planets. We chose not to use it. Instead we dropped a mini Hydrogen Bomb and got on our way. The giant worm burned to ashes while the flyers fell from the sky. Space Travel once again...
