1. Type your text in Phonto. I placed it in a border png so I could save the final product as a png.

2.1 Reduce to opacity/ alpha to between 30-60.

2.2 Recommended stroke width: 2-4
Recommended alpha: 90-100
Colour should be slightly lighter than your text colour.

2.3 Recommended shadow alpha: 90-100
Blur is up to you, but make it less than 90
Colour can be the same as your stroke or text colour.

4. Lastly save it as a png.
