sin city; also known as kiltown, located on the outskirts of los angeles county, california. people from this town are no angels, they live a life of crime. drugs and violence is common in this town, no one here is innocent. not many people live in kiltown; most people being too scared to step one foot in this place, let alone live here. gangs make up the majority of the population, if you're not in one, you're probably homeless. gangs are like the religion of kiltown, you're frowned upon if you don't belong to one. the gangs are self built, most being made of friend groups or families, even though being in any gang is like being in a family anyway. kiltown is no haven for those living here, everyone lives in fear of being killed. the large houses and mansions may make it look like a wonderful place but kiltown is far from it.

mya andrews; the sweet, innocent girl. she's loved by many, everyone knowing her for her kindness and selflessness. trouble is not a thing she's known for, in fact she's never really been in any sort of trouble, not majorly anyway. she's always had the desire to break free from her usual self, but fear has always stopped her from doing so.

colby brock; the leader of the hooded angels; one of the most famous gangs in kiltown. everyone knows his name, he leads the most powerful gang in town. he's feared by many, even those who lead the other gangs, definitely those who are beneath him. his harsh ways and heartlessness are what people fear most. he's killed many people in his 22 years of life, only as paid jobs though of course. he'd never kill someone just for the fun of it, unless you do something to really piss him off, then he wouldn't think twice about it.
