Jay: Elle?!
He came running back. He saw Elle on the ground and stopped.
Jay: ...Elle?
He said, practically crying.
Jay: you... what did you do to her??
Korin: hmph. You're the twin she was talking about. The one who left her alone.
I was gonna take her but... tell you what. If you can win at puyo, you can have her.
Jay: deal!
Korin: heh... good...
Jay looked down at Elle. He had never battled without Elle. He of course lost.
Korin: that's too bad... but I'll be nice for once. You can still have her. I have better things to do...
He disappeared.
Jay: battling without Elle...
He quickly bent down.
Jay: Elle?! Are you okay?!
She was quiet.
Jay: if I hadn't left her... this is why we always stick together... like she said... who will I play pranks with if you don't wake up??
...who will I talk to?
He lifted her up and put her on his back. He yelled for help. Everyone, of course, has given up the search and waited until tomorrow. And everyone, of course, heard Jay yelling. It woke the district up. Ringo and Maguro recognized the yelling and snuck out of bed, still in pajamas, but wearing shoes, Well, Ringo wore flip flops and Maguro wore Sandals so it'd be easier, while Tee was in his tight clothing and boots. Maguro and Tee ran to Ringo's.
Tee: did you hear that??
Ringo: why else would I be awake? It was LOUD. And... it sounded familiar...
Tee: what if that's...
They heard another yell.
Tee: ...that's Jay-! I recognize that! They must be in the forest right over there!
The forest wasn't far at all. They ran into it. Jay yelled one more time before giving up.
Jay: it's no use, Elle... what even happened to you...?
He kept Elle on his back and walked a bit. He saw some shadows lurking.
Jay: help-!
Tee: over there!
They ran in the direction of the yell.
Tee: Jay!!
Jay: captain Tee!
Tee: good to hear you call me captain... what happened to Elle...?
Jay: this guy showed up and did something to her... I don't know because I walked away... I should've never left her alone...
Tee: this guy? Hm...
Tee lifted Elle up and held her.
Tee: let's take her back to the Tetra.
Ringo: good idea. I'm coming along.
Tee: won't your parents worry?
Ringo: I don't care.
Maguro: me neither. Making sure Elle is okay is the better choice...
Tee: also... there are these strange guys who walk around the ship... it has tape around it and all. We hid from them cause we assumed they're bad.
Ringo: the school must've called the police... this is not good...
Maguro: here she goes again...
He laughed a bit.
Ringo: it's not Maguro... we've gotta find a way to sneak past them.
Tee: I was able to easily. Just wait til they're not looking.
Ringo: yes but... actually, since Jay was yelling for help some might of come over here. So me may have to deal with less!
Tee: good point.
Maguro: not many police in this district anyway. Let's go!
Tee: right!
They arrived at the Tetra. Ringo threw an apple in the distance.
Police: you hear that?
Police 2: something probably fell off this thing... let's go see what it is.
The two walked away. There were only 2 police guarding it, Wow.
Ringo: that was easy...
Tee grabbed Ringo's arm and pulled her.
Tee: come on!
The kids ran across and climbed into the ship. They lay Elle down. She opened her eyes.
Jay: Elle! You're awake!!
Elle: Jay...?
She yawned.
Elle: ...what time is it...?
Ringo: we left at 10... crap! Moms gonna kill me-!
Maguro: mine too!
They started running.
Ringo: I'm grounded for sure! My parents won't let me or of the house for awhile-!
Maguro: stay calm Ringo...
Ringo: But I canttt!

Tee: well they're gone... how are you feeling, Elle?
Elle: dizzy...
Tee: Zed?
Zed: don't worry, captain. I'll watch over her.
Tee: good. Jay, get some rest.
Jay: But I don't wanna leave Elle...
Tee: shes tired, Jay. Why don't you lay near her.
Jay: I guess so... this rooms no fun but okay...
The next morning, Jay was already awake. He sat next to where Elle was laying. She woke up.
Elle: Jay?
Jay: Elle! Are you alright?
Elle: I'm fine...
Jay looked down.
Jay: look, I've never said this to anyone but... I'm sorry...
Elle: oh it's fine. Me too!
Jay smiled.
Jay: you in the mood for pranks today?
Elle: in a bit, sure!
Jay: great! I know just who to pull it on!
Elle: who??
Jay: wait until that school starts... we're getting Ringo for yelling at us the last time we visited.
Elle: oh yeah! She's no fun!
Jay: exactly!
The school bell rang.
Jay: hm... I don't think they'll be out for awhile... next bell is for this lunch thingy, I believe... let's get her then. Tee said her, that boy Maguro, and that bear guy who I forget his name, were gonna come down to help us.
Elle: great! So while we're waiting... I predict... that Ai is awake!
Jay: perfect! Let's go give him a present he will never forget!
Elle: right!
They ran downstairs. Later there was whimpering and an annoyed Tee scolding them.
Tee: come on guys... I'm glad you're feeling better, Elle, but that doesn't mean you get to...
The bell rung. The children ran down the stairs.
Tee: ...treat him like that... they'll be here any second.
Jay: great. Elle!
Elle nodded as they followed him up. Elle held a pale of water.
Tee: what's that for?
Elle: we have a pet fish outside who needs water!
Tee: eh... what?
Elle: don't ask.
Tee: ...I won't...
Ringo: hey Tee, need anything?
Tee: well... actually...
Maguro: where's the rest of the crew?
Tee: oh Ai is downstairs... Probably going to help Risukuma outside... Zed was taking care of Elle... but he's now...
Zed: right here, captain.
Tee: good. And Ess... she's sleeping in.
Maguro: awe, she's the most... lively...
Tee: and the most snobby... I mean-
Ringo: hm... well need anything or no??
Tee: Jesus Ringo chill.
Ringo: Sorry-
Jay: let us help you with that!
They splashed her with freezing cold water. She was shocked and shivered.
Ringo: Jay! Elle!
Elle: What? Don't you need to cool down?
Ringo: agh!
Tee brought out some towels.
Ringo: thank you...
Maguro: uhm... you need to change?
Ringo: into what?
Maguro: ...you could call you parents and say you spilled water on yourself...
Ringo: But that's embarrassing-!
Maguro: oh stop it...
Everyone laughed a bit.
Ringo: ugh...
Jay: you mad?
Ringo: ...furious...
Maguro: uh oh... as Ringo would say, "this is not good!" He mocked.
Ringo: shut up...
She shivered. Maguro handed her another towel to wrap around herself.
Ringo: thank you at least...
Jay: well it's been fun... cya!
Jay and Elle skipped off, hand in hand.
Tee: that's like those two Alright... so Ringo...
Ringo: eh?
Tee: about what you were saying to Maguro?
Ringo: what do you mean...?
Tee: how he said you were lost in the forest but don't like talking about it... what's the story behind it...?
Ringo: ...do I really have to tell it again? Maguro didn't believe half of it-!
Maguro: I believed the part where I rescued you!
Ringo: yes I know... cause you were there.
Maguro: I know. Just like messin with ya.
Tee: I'll believe you... tell me. I'm curious.
