The hot summer breeze could be felt all through the Burrow where the Weasleys could be found.A knock at their door caught then by surprise only for them to remain in shock when they found Minerva McGonagall with a young little girl holding her hand beside her.Her light brown eyes looked at the Weasleys with such curiosity.
"I didn't know of anybody better to take care of her then you two."McGonagall took a long pause." You know how her family is and I knew you two would understand. I'm aware of the young Ron but she won't be a burden."Molly and Arthur looked at one another not knowing what to reply with.Arthur bent down to make eye contact with the little dark haired girl.
" Hi sweetie."His arm's open the little girl smiled and walked towards him with a big smile."We will take care of her Minerva."She nodded with glee but quickly changed her expression.
"Do not tell her about her family until she is older she doesn't remember anything I've made sure of that."With that she left leaving the Weasleys to introduce to their sons their new little sister.
8 Years Later
The sun beamed so bright into her room it had woken her up.She got out of bed to meet her mother downstairs Molly looked at the brunette girl walking into the kitchen and smiled at her." Good morning sweetie" The girl sat down at the table when an owl burst through the window delivering mail.She was going through it when Bill walked into the kitchen making his presence very clear with a loud morning practically waking up the whole Burrow.The girls eyes lit up happily with a big smile finding its way to her face " I've got my Hogwarts letter!" Bill grabbed her letter from her grasp and proceeded to read it aloud with the rest of the other Weasleys slowing coming into the kitchen.
" Dear Enedina Weasley we are sorry to say that you're too annoying to attend Hogwarts." She gave a glare to her brother and got her letter back.
"Okay kids we will go to Diagon Alley to get your things today." All the kids nodded and went to get ready.As for the girl she was happy maybe going to Hogwarts she'd finally find out who her parents were.They had made it to Diagon Alley Bill, Charlie, and Percy left the Molly and the other three Weasleys going on their own.Arthur has stayed with Ron and Ginny saying they'd probably wonder off and get no shopping done.They made it around every store only getting the essentials they really needed as the Weasley couldn't just waste all the money.Ollivanders was their last stop of the day he was happy to see Molly and the twins but his eyes landed on the brunette wavy haired girl but didn't say anything and gave her a smile.The twins went first causing several things to blow up or break.Then it was Enedina's turn she had tired two different wands having trouble everytime.Ollivander looked around and thought it almost seemed as a light bulb had turned on he went off looking around finally finding the box he wanted.He came back and handed it to her it was almost as if he knew it was the one for her.She could have sworn she heard him say it's just like her fathers.They walked out and headed back home with the older three Weasley's.
September 1st 1989
The day she had been waiting for had come.Her trunk ready and packed her nerves getting the best of her.She made her way down with all of her belongings meeting with the rest of her family at breakfast.Arthur and Molly so happy with their six kids heading off the Hogwarts in a blink of an eye it seemed they were already at platform 9 3/4 waving goodbye to their children and the train speed off.With that her journey on finding out who her parents were began.
"Okay Mum and Dad said we're supposed to take care of you lot.So Percy will do that as for Bill and I well we will just enjoy ourselves acting like you guys aren't here."Charlie got up with Bill leaving the other four alone in a cabin only to come back and whisper in his sisters ear "If you ever need anything I'm always here to listen booger."She hugged him and he left.Charlie was always very protective of her ever since that summer day when he first saw her.He adored his little sister and wanted to protect her from all the bad especially about her truth.The train ride had gone faster then it really was because next thing she knew someone was yelling first years this way."I heard that we have to fight a troll to get sorted into our houses"Fred told his siblings. Enedina's eyes went wide at that only to be followed with a chuckle.George and Fred could tell she was very nervous when they were outside waiting to enter the great hall."It'll be alright sis!Don't worry they can't separate the Weasleys especially the triplets."She giggled and hugged them.Maybe they were right every Weasley had been in Gryffindor.The doors to the Great Hall opened allowing the first years all in.She looked around quickly spotting her older brothers smiling and waving at her.Percy was towards the front offering her a smile which she returned.Then her eyes landed on him he had the most gorgeous brown eyes she'd seen.She didn't know that he thought she was the most beautiful girl ever.The sorting hat had begun to sort student into their houses everytime the houses would all cheer happily.
"Fred Weasley" Called out McGonagall.She placed the hat on his head only for the hat to be another Weasley better be Gryffindor.Her older brothers getting up loudly to cheer for him.George Weasley was called after only for the hat to say how many more of you are there?Only for him to also become a Gryffindor.Once again the older brother got up and cheered for their other brother.
"Enedina Weasley" Called out McGonagall.She admired the young girl walking up towards her and remembered the day she left her at the Weasleys.She placed the hat on the girls head Enedina looking at Charlie smiling and giving her a thumbs up"Oh this isn't a Weasley.Ah let me see here.Pureblood like both her parents.Seems a lot like her father.Maybe for her best it'll be... Slytherin!"The smile on Charlie's face disappeared.Bill looked mad as if he wanted to argue with the hat saying it made a mistake.Percy looked panicked and the twins
looked sad knowing their little sister wouldn't be with them.She got up we walked to the Slytherin being meet with several people greeting her.She then became lost in her own thoughts " Maybe not all Weasleys get sorted into Gryffindor.But my father what about him? What did he do?" The girl was so deep into her thoughts she didn't notice the gorgeous brown eyes looking at her puzzled face.
